just came from sm city to get baon stuff for the week. while driving back home, we thought of making a mango-banana shake but failed to get some ingredients for it. we decided to pass by gaisano city mall grocery and hope to get all these in a breeze.

Gaisano Citya quarter kilo of banana and 3 pcs of mini ripe mangoes wasn’t that much to get from the the fruits section (was that even considered a section hehe). i recon getting that in less than a couple of minutes. i went straight to the counter and looked for the express lane. the first one was closed so i rushed to the other one (yes, they only expect that much customer… 2 express counters). anyhow, on the line, there were 3 small baskets ahead of me. since it was only accepting a maximum of 12 items, i thought it won’t take long that i’ll get my turn to pay. while waiting, i was running through some cover pages of different magazines placed on the edge of the cash counter when i heard the cashier calling the lady in front of me that the other girl in front of her was the last customer already. Hearing this, i quickly jumped on the next counter beside us. then, again, the cashier of the next counter called out that the person in front of me was told she was last. i was becoming pissed with having to hear that at 6:30 in the the evening. That their store is closing at 8pm! Where are these people going with an average of about 6 people per cashier on queue?

Anyhow, the urge of having a cold refreshing shake that night seems to overlap that heat under my ear. So I decided to go on the next counter with 6 people lining up making me the 7th on the line. THEN, you guess it right, the damn cashier declared the customer in front of me, LAST… and the stuff that i got, i just dropped them straight on the floor and walked like every other disgruntled customer. just an fyi, this was the second time they did that to me and the second time i did the same to them.

No wonder they can’t fill-up their poorly designed parking space around the mall.
